New Products Submission Process & Contact Information
Every Product must go through our rigorous hands on testing & evaluation process
If you would like us to consider carrying your product, these are the steps & process we will go through:
1. Send a working sample, images (300dpi, min size 6 x 6) product information & pricing information (cost, retail, case pack, minimum order quantities, & product availability) information to:

2. Testing & evaluation phase (several testers will use the product evaluating functionality & features; quality; ease of use; ease of manual/instructions and wearability).
3. If product passes #2, it gets presented to our New Products Evaluation Team for consideration (does it fit well w/our catalog, etc).
4. If product passes #3, it goes to the Pricing Dept (evaluation of market pricing; competitive analysis; margin analysis).
5. If product passes #4, we will present our findings to you, the Supplier and finalize negotiations (Supplier Agreement/Terms signed and initiate product & supplier set-up).
6. Product is sent to Web & MerchandisingTeam for product page creation/videos/creatives/marketing plan
7. Purchasing Dept places initial order.
